Before You Start Looking For Your New Home:
- Check your credit score. Clear up any negatve issues now before it's too late in the buying process. Missing out on the perfect home because some financial issue gets in the way, can be frustrating to you. We don't want that to happen.
- Determine a comfortable monthly budget for your new purchase, including down payment and monthly payment.
- Find a loan program that meets your needs and get pre-approved by a respected lender. We can assist you with that also.
- Determine what neighborhood best matches your needs.
- Identify all the important features you want in your new home.
- Lender fees include charges for loan processing, underwriting, preparation and establishing an escrow account.
